As a Key Account Manager Good(s) Factory, you are responsible for the sales activities in the Benelux with a clear focus on the major retailers. We focus on the discount channel and offer solutions for promotional options in other channels. You oversee the day-to-day activities to support our largest customer. You monitor market developments come up with ideas and give follow up on specific demands.

What will be your mission as a Key Account Manager Good(s) Factory?

You will be in charge of developing and managing the Key Accounts in the Benelux and work closely together with product management, the International Sales Manager and will report to the head of Good(s)factory.


What will be your responsibilities as a Key Account Manager Good(s) Factory?

  • Manage the strategic development of Key retailers (discount channel)
  • Implement the sales strategies per key account in line with the business plans
  • Deliver the sales and profitability targets
  • Analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution
  • Work with the product management team to ensure the best product offer for each customer
  • Prepare sales pitches and presentations
  • Build the Key Account Plans; innovation, strategic translation and change
  • Contact, update, align and check with internal stakeholders
  • Spot trends, opportunities, and benchmark competition

What do you bring as a Key Account Manager Good(s) Factory?

  • HBO working and thinking level, for instance through marketing or business studies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a true teamplayer and goal oriented
  • Min. 5 years of related working sales experience preferably in non-food
  • Private label, discount channel expertise
  • Excellent commercial and organizational skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English language
  • This is a full-time position.
