What will be your mission?
As Head of Online, you’ll take the lead in elevating our digital performance across platforms and regions. You will be responsible for accelerating sales with major online players such as Amazon and Bol, while transforming our webshops into a high-performing, user-friendly D2C channel. At the same time, you’ll build the internal infrastructure and cross-departmental alignment needed to support scalable, sustainable growth.
Your role will be central in embedding online thinking across the organization from Category Management to Logistics, and you’ll act as a connector who simplifies complexity, brings clarity, and removes roadblocks through smart, structured solutions. This is a role where marketing and sales come together. You can truly make a difference, take elho’s online performance to new heights, and leave a lasting footprint.
This is a hybrid role, based in Tilburg, with an average of 2–3 days per week on site.
You also have experience leading and inspiring a team and know how to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development.

What can you expect?
You’ll work at the heart of elho’s commercial and digital strategy, where innovation, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration come together.
You’ll lead the full online spectrum: webshop growth, key online accounts (marketplaces, pure players), infrastructure, and stakeholder management — with full ownership and room to shape your role.
What do you bring?
You are a strategic builder who combines commercial sharpness with digital know-how, team leadership, and excellent people skills.
You have:
10+ years of experience in e-commerce is a plus
Senior management profile
Proven success with marketplaces (Amazon, Bol) and/or D2C platforms
A track record in leading a team and building team capabilities
Strong analytical and commercial insight — you understand what drives online growth
Excellent stakeholder management skills across teams like Finance, Logistics, IT, and Sales
A structured, hands-on mindset — you turn plans into results
Dutch speaker and fluency in English
You are smart, driven, collaborative, and you get things done
