Team member Offline Assembly (Part-time/Full-time)

What will be your mission?

As a team member in Offline Assembly, you will work in a team and be responsible for correctly assembling products before they are shipped to customers. In addition, you will conduct quality checks and share your improvement suggestions with the supervisor.

What can you expect?

• Assembling various components into a complete product;
• Ensuring that all parts are correct and meet quality standards, while reporting defects or deviations;
• Preparing products and parts for the next stage in the production process, such as packaging or shipping;
• Maintaining administrative records related to assembly tasks.

What do you bring?

• MBO (secondary vocational education) level of work and thinking.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
• A hands-on mentality, a go-getter with a growth mindset, and a focus on improving team performance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good command of the English language. Dutch is a plus.

Who are we?

Our mission is to connect as many people as possible with nature. Nature makes you happier, healthier, and gives you an energy boost! We do this by creating beautiful design pots and constantly innovating. Elho is a family business and has been a pioneering leader in the flowerpot market since 1964. Based on the latest color and form trends, our designers create the most beautiful pots, which we sell in more than 75 countries.

We design and manufacture our sustainable flowerpots and planters with great care for nature. Currently, we process about 12 million kilos of waste per year into beautiful new products. However, for us, sustainability goes beyond using recycled materials. Everything is produced using sustainable energy, elho has its own wind turbine, and no waste is generated during the production process. All products come from one of Europe’s most sustainable distribution centers. Naturally, all products have a long lifespan (frost-resistant and UV-proof) and are recyclable.
